The room was spacious, but light from the hallway seeped into the room and the dining area was positioned so that noise from the street seeped into the rooms.

Kevin was a super attentive and friendly guy, and even though he was the only one on duty, he helped us with our luggage. Nothing else to note.

The staff were attentive, the bed was nice and large, and the location was great!

They charge an extra fee for using a credit card, the food was terrible so I had to ask for a replacement, the kitchen staff seemed to need a push to serve us, the check‑in guy kept 50 soles that I gave him to send a package to Lima and then sent it for collection in Lima, and he never returned my calls when I wanted to complain.
