The modern, spacious facility also offered an extra room and a roomy bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast included everything needed: pies, yogurt, crackers, jams, Nutella, plus cold cuts and cheeses. The pool was very clean.

“Si potrebbe migliorare”

Set on the hills, five minutes from Fabriano’s center, the apartment was roomy and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The property has potential but isn’t well maintained: a broken handle, broken bedside lamps, and damaged floor inside; outside the pool looked nice but the loungers were problematic and the flooring wasn’t secured. The animals shown in the photos were absent, and there was no restaurant.

“C'è da migliorare”

The calmness dominates. Unfortunately, I must regretfully point out the poor cleaning attention—while I understand that spiders dominate the countryside, removing cobwebs before guests arrive would be appreciated. I noted the issue to the breakfast lady, who tried to fix it. Another point would be to inform guests about garbage disposal procedures, such as how and where to discard trash. Overall, given the option to use the pool with breakfast included and the always helpful breakfast lady, I would say it was an enjoyable stay. P.S. the air‑conditioner should be revised and the blinds better blocked; the sun’s rays make the room bright at dawn.

“Un angolo tranquillo tra i ciliegi”

The spot is great, with a sweeping view, a pool, animals, a very spacious and modern room, and cherry trees everywhere. Nothing bad—outside areas aren't polished, but that's fine in the countryside (inside is brand new).

Aamiainen oli tyydyttävä. Sijainti on hieno, maisemat ovat upeat. Viimein vahvistukseni, jonka lähetin Booking. Comin kautta ei mennyt perille emmekä saaneet illallista. Uima- allas ei ollut käytössä eikä siitä ollut mainintaa ilmoituksessa
