The location, cleanliness, and facilities were great. No complaints.

The place is in a good spot, with nice views around, and it’s only a short walk to the city centre and other excellent onsens. The food selection for dinner and breakfast was great. I strongly recommend it and would love to come back. No complaints at all.

The room was huge with a great view. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, and the onsen was beautiful. The hotel is enormous and very focused on the Asian market, so the language barrier was a bit of a struggle. I had expected a more intimate experience in a small place like Kinosaki.
