I was really put off by the reception staff - they just didn't seem to care. When I asked if I could change my two-day booking to a later date, they basically said no and charged me for an extra day, even though the hotel wasn't full. I work for a non-profit and I thought that might count for something, but apparently not. The whole experience left a bad taste.

This place was a pleasant surprise - the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and my room was spotless. I was also impressed by the breakfast options - there was plenty to choose from. The staff even went out of their way to help us with a vacuum sealer so we could take some food back home. Definitely recommend!
