The apartment is close to Volcano city, so there are plenty of food and shopping options nearby, and the big mall is right in front of the station. The air conditioning worked well and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. However, you can't wash dishes without a dishwasher, so having a sponge and soap would have helped, and the bed creaks every time it moves. The stairs on the second floor are oddly designed, I wonder who came up with that.

The location is excellent, the mini‑apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and clean, giving a great experience.

The apartment is very close from the city centre, modern, and spacious. The access to the room is through a passcode which is considered an advantage for some people. The host was supportive whenever I needed any assistance. The following is not directly disadvantage of the apartment but things to be considered: 1-It is not a specific for this apartment only, but consider that this is not a hotel so you have to drop off your luggage yourself. 2- Their is no parking directly in front of the apartment. However, there is a nearby parking almost 5 minutes away where you can park with a cap of 24 euro/day if I am not mistaken

The location was great, within walking distance to the train station and the shopping centre. The cleaning was insufficient: the sofa bed wasn’t set up as requested, tissues and shower gel were empty, there wasn’t enough coffee for the days we stayed, used coffee pods from previous guests were left behind, and there were too few towels, so we had to keep asking for supplies. The staff were responsive, fixed everything, and left a bottle of wine as an apology, which was a nice gesture. They also let us check in early.
