The property is close to the centre, but there was a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom that seemed to come from the drains and might need attention.

Compared to the prices of hotels in Topita, this place is reasonably priced. The hotel was renovated, yet remnants of the old interiors—like the floor tiles and ceramic—still give an old‑time feel. The rooms are spacious, the staff friendly, there’s parking, it’s in the city centre, and a restaurant is only a few hundred metres away. I didn’t like the “remnants of the past” (the bathroom and balcony tiles), the smoke smell that flooded the room from a wood stove that probably also heated the water. A little cosmetic touch‑up and the hotel would look better.
