The room size and location were good, yet the lobby and fitness center use an overpowering air freshener that made me avoid the gym, and the policy about cleaning rooms, fresh towels, and emptying trash was never explained.

The staff were friendly and the cleaning was good, but the breakfast was awful, there’s no restaurant, it’s in the middle of nowhere, and walking around offers nothing.

The location is new and convenient, and parking is also convenient.

Overall the facility was clean, simple, and modern, and the staff were helpful, but the chemicals used to clean after pet stays were so strong I got a severe headache, the room humidity was very high, the portable dehumidifier didn’t keep up, and the system needs a full overhaul.
