The location is excellent, the cleanliness is ideal, and the breakfast is very good. Nothing.

The pizza was really good, and breakfast was decent, but the toilet fixture in the bathroom wobbled and the room faced the street, so car noise was loud early in the morning, and the garden across the street was also extremely noisy until late at night.

Great breakfast with a wide variety, and the hotel and room were really clean. The balcony had a clothes hanger, and there was a shop open seven days a week next door. Dogs were welcome everywhere, including the restaurant and the rest of the building. The staff, however, felt a bit unfriendly and impersonal—answers were short and I had to keep asking questions. The praised golf course nearby is no longer there. The pizza from the on‑site restaurant was watery and the prices were quite high. I would have liked to know the floor of the room when booking, because my father has mobility issues and there is no elevator.

A large, quiet room with a balcony overlooking the garden, a spacious bathroom with a walk‑in shower—all spotless. The breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were very friendly even when things got hectic. The only downside was that the balcony light couldn’t be turned off.
