It was nice overall. I liked the luggage buggies and the coffee dispensers. The problem was how cramped it was to use the buggies in the elevator and doors. To be blunt, the breakfast was terrible—too much fake food! The sausage was overcooked and left to dry for months, the eggs were artificial, the juices were fake, and the pancakes were a chewy plastic‑like mess.

The staff were very professional, courteous, and respectful, and housekeeping did a great job; the bed was very comfortable so we slept well, and the restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced.
