The place is beautiful with great potential, though some areas are under‑used. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice; the slippers were pleasant and clean, the staff were polite, and the star tour was great—we’ll definitely return. The comments for improvement were sincere—this place deserves the investment. First, we were there in August, so the experience may differ at other times. The pools were very shallow, meaning parents left children unattended, which was disappointing—bubbles, splashes, and water jets. It was far from the calm and serenity the place projects; it felt like a boutique hotel with no staff presence near the pool, which might have mitigated it. Background music was played on a speaker that someone decided was suitable for everyone. In short, the pool was unbearable, but August… The room cleanliness from the moment of arrival was not terrible, but I recommend that for a multi‑day stay the hotel should at least replace trash bags in rooms or provide replacement bags and offer towel replacements. The main disappointment was breakfast, which was not worth the price, especially for vegetarians. I hadn’t updated because I thought there would be something like that, but maybe I’m wrong. There was nothing to eat, and they offered something inedible. It would have been better to say “none” and adjust the price. It was disappointing. Regardless of vegetarian options, breakfast was very basic and not worth 90 when outside there’s an aroma.
