The breakfast was tasty, and the staff member Patrícia was very friendly, helpful, efficient, and attentive. The room was clean with fragrant sheets, making the lodge very pleasant. The only downside was the pillow, which felt too hard.

The location is good, but the facilities are poor. The nightly rate charged does not match what was actually provided in the accommodation.
The location, service, and breakfast were all excellent; I loved everything.
The place is close to the city center. The chalet is simple yet cozy, though the mattress is very firm and the pillows are soft. The TV only had one channel and kept freezing, so it wasn’t usable. I loved Patrícia’s reception; she’s an excellent person. The heated pool, breakfast, and Patrícia’s company were highlights. The TV didn’t work, the mattress was too hard, Wi‑Fi was missing, and the reception was lacking. One suggestion: build a small wall in front of the entrance to the heated pool to keep out wildlife.
