The location could not be better, just steps from the metro, but the front‑desk gentleman was unbelievably rude throughout our five‑night stay. On the fourth night the electricity kept cutting out for no apparent reason; when we asked him to fix it he refused to use any translation app, kept shouting at us in Korean (we judged his tone from his gestures) and shone a flashlight around, accusing us of stealing high‑power appliances. In reality only one of us was showering and we were charging two phones. The next two nights the bathroom began to flood and we didn’t even dare call him back for fear of another outburst. The bathroom was already filthy on arrival, with toilet paper scattered on the floor, and his attitude made the whole experience intolerable. The lady at reception was pleasant, but the old man’s behavior ruined the score. I didn’t take photos of the bathroom because I didn’t want to capture the trash.

“This is a scam”

Don’t book here; it’s a scam. The pictures are totally fake. The room looks like a DIY project, the bathroom is filthy, the showerhead leaks, and there are no common areas or water fountains as shown. Check‑in is between 7 pm and 11 pm, which is weird, and there are even stricter rules if you stay two nights in a row (we didn’t).

“Dirty, bad smell, no staff when we checked out early”

Nothing really, it wasn’t up to standard at all. The room and shared areas were dirty and unkempt, with a bad smell everywhere. It didn’t feel clean or fresh, and hygiene was really poor. We left a day early because of how bad it was. When we checked out early there was no staff at the front desk, so we couldn’t get any help. Very disappointing, not worth the money, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
