The rooms were tidy and clean, the shared kitchen had all the equipment needed for breakfast, and the owner was friendly, helpful, and quick to solve any issues.

The spot is convenient for driving around Abruzzo, between Chieti, Pescara, and Sulmona; L'Aquila is a bit farther, but the main tourist sites are close. Breakfast resembles a homemade spread more than a continental hotel, with a long table in a cozy kitchen and plenty of fresh fruit. Those who prefer a more rustic breakfast might miss it a bit, yet it remains a nice experience. We had some trouble with the air‑conditioning in room 1, especially during the heat peak, but it was not critical; the manager and owner acted immediately to fix it, even at night. Note that the building has multiple floors and no elevator; this was fine for us but should be considered.

The B&B was impeccably maintained, the manager was present and very hospitable. It sits in the town centre and is well placed for all nearby destinations by car, with free street parking. Thank you.

Warm welcome, cleanliness, quietness, and courtesy. Mr Luigi thought of everything; the room offered a wonderful view and the figs for breakfast were superb. A perfect escape from the city, surrounded by nature and a slow life.
