The staff were helpful, the location was good, and the common areas were great, but I’ve never seen a room so tiny and windowless in any hotel I’ve stayed in, and the breakfast kept serving the same toffee yogurt for three consecutive days, which was terribly disappointing; at least now I’ll double‑check the room photo on the app before booking.

The room was spacious, the walk‑in shower was excellent, and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast buffet was very limited.
