Getting the room was easy, but the aftershave was missing.

The air‑conditioning compressor was extremely loud, starting every 20 minutes, and I couldn’t turn the AC off because the control box described in the room manual was missing. I sent an email to the hotel mid‑stay but received no reply.

The location is good and the house is clean, but there is no air‑conditioner and opening the windows was hard because the neighboring apartments were too close and had no curtains, so they could see everything. Even though the building was marketed as a smart house, I couldn’t turn anything on or off with the MIHOTEL app or the in‑house screen, and the hosts didn’t respond to my app‑support chat about how to switch on the conditioner. Overall, 7/10.
