I booked it, but when I got there they said there was no reservation. I've been waiting a week for a reply. Don't book here – they told me I was scammed, no response yet. I paid via Pix and want my money back. Had to find another place to stay.

Only the central location was good. The place was nothing like the pictures – full of drug users, stinky, horrible. I paid for days without knowing what it looked like, had to leave and find somewhere else, lost money but okay. Not for families. No blankets, just a sheet. Dark, people tormenting me.

Location is fine, but the facilities are bad. Not clean, electrical issues, bathroom sink no water, shower without a tap – had to use a pair of pliers to open and close the water.
