The studio includes a private terrace and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and a tea‑and‑coffee maker. It sleeps three guests on one double bed and a sofa bed. Air conditioning, a flat‑screen satellite TV, and a private bathroom with shower complete the room.
The hotel’s policies felt overly restrictive, which made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
Villa, rooms, clubhouse. Entire property is good. Food. Food is tasty but the timings are limited. Plus you are not allowed to get food from outside. if you feel hungry after 10.30 at night. you remain hungry. Breakfast is the same. Outside their fixed hours, they don't have any option to eat. No restaurant nearby. so say you reach late or get hungry. u literally starve!

Only the location is good, nothing else is there to like. I had booked a villa with a private pool, but the service is too bad; the staff are non‑cooperative and highly unprofessional. The dinner they arranged was completely shit, and the public was forced to eat the same because their restaurant was closed and you can’t order food of your choice. The pick‑and‑drop service from your villa to the clubhouse was horrible; we waited for a good 45 min and the reception kept saying WE ARE SENDING. I had an 8‑month‑old baby and had requested before arriving to arrange a few vessels to prepare baby food. Although they said they had arranged it, they never did. When I called the reception and met the manager, their answer was “I WASN’T THERE LAST NIGHT.” I mean, really? The food was horrible, no service at all, no arrangement despite your confirmation, AC not working, the swimming pool had regular water without chlorine and god knows since when the pool had that water, and many other things that are hard to pen down. The management says I WASN’T THERE LAST NIGHT. It’s totally a waste of money.

The property is in a nice location. That’s about it. It is a large property with villa’s spread across. Service is poor. Staff are clueless. 1. They had a pool party organized when we went and after we got into the pool we realized, they did not have pool towels and we were categorically asked to bring towels from our room. However, later pool towels did arrive, although too late. How can the staff not know that pool towels are required at a pool party? 2. The power-supply was on and off through the night and the reception staff brushed it off as if it is a regular occurrence in karjat and we will have to deal with it. The manager, Mr. Surojeet Banerjee, was the sole class act in this entire place. After explaining our inconvenience, he did offer us one night complimentary stay. In any case given how poor the stay quality was, we are unlikely to take them up on that… All in All, certainly not worth 30k for two rooms
