“Я бы ни за что больше туда не вернулась. Слишком далеко.”
It was clean, had all the amenities and even slippers. It’s terribly far from the tourist zone, a 15‑minute walk to the metro, and 50 minutes by car from the official garden. The check‑in was the worst ever! I had a reservation (otherwise I wouldn’t leave a review), yet the receptionist spent about an hour blowing my mind. First, there are several hotels with the same name, which caused the confusion. The taxi driver took me straight to the correct address, but the fat guy at reception kept insisting that I had booked a different Green Three and that my reservation wasn’t in their system! I showed him the address and phone number from the booking and asked, “Is this your hotel?” He answered, “No!” An hour later, after comparing all the photos, we discovered it was indeed this hotel! It was awful; they kept telling me I had no reservation, even when I asked for a room number without it. The taxi driver stayed with us the whole time, and we were all honestly shocked at what was happening. It was night outside, I had a reservation, a PIN code, and a room number, yet I couldn’t check in! The staff didn’t speak any language at all. They had never heard the word “metro.” Terrible.
“Clean hotel with lift provided”
The hotel was very clean, and it was very close to the bus stop.
I enjoyed the breakfast, it was good, and the location worked well for me. The only downside was that there was no coffee or tea in the room.
