I couldn't really give this place a proper rating because they cancelled my reservation the night before, which threw my whole plan into chaos. I managed to snag a flat at Transamerica Bela Cyntra at the last minute, and now I'm just waiting for the money I paid via PIX to be returned, plus the price difference.

Walked into a room that had absolutely nothing – no towels, no sheets, no blankets, and the bathroom fixtures were broken. The curtain was missing and tossed into the closet, and when we asked both the host and the front desk for help nothing got fixed, so we had to leave in the middle of the night and find another hotel.

The TV was dead, the curtain ripped, the sheet was stained (even had hair on it), there was no soap, the pillows were terrible, and the toilet paper was moldy. Nothing about the room was usable.

The location is spot‑on, but checking in was a mess – the receptionist couldn't find my booking, made me wait about half an hour, and refused the reservation ticket and my phone screen, forcing me to call the host before someone finally located it. The TV never worked and they said it wouldn't be fixed until Monday, leaving me two nights without any TV.
