The place is super modern, exceptionally clean, and the restaurant is excellent; the beds are amazing. It’s undoubtedly one of the best small hotels I’ve stayed in Italy for a long time. I would highly recommend it, thanks to the welcoming staff and its close proximity to the nearby town.

The design is very nice, the flat‑access parking works well for low‑clearance sports cars, and the restaurant features local products with friendly, good service. The fresh smell and on‑site restaurant are excellent. Breakfast is very good and efficient; upon arrival you can list what you’d like, which reduces food waste (we didn’t like the usual sweets at Italian breakfasts). It’s a simple, great idea with high‑quality produce. It’s a 5‑minute walk from Mussolini’s crypt, a very ambivalent place to visit. The only minor issue is that water could have been complimentary.
