The place was spotless, the room was spacious and modern, and the bed was very comfortable; the staff were friendly when checking in, and there were no complaints.

The location was great, but the price was a bit steep.

We stayed for the Crab Fest and loved the location and view, but the bathroom was very outdated with mold on the ceiling, dirty grout, and one of the two sinks drained slowly; the balcony door was hard to open and squeaked loudly, and the same problems appeared in neighboring rooms.

The view from the room was nice and the water and tiny beach looked appealing, but there was mold everywhere in the bathroom—mold, mold, mold—making it disgusting; we wore flip‑flops to avoid it, and the shower drain didn’t work, so standing in the water after rinsing was also awful.

The front desk staff and the hotel were fine, but the restaurant staff were unwelcoming; we left after the first attempt to sit down for dinner, and when we tried to get coffee in the morning they were rude as well.
