Everything was fine, except for one thing: why did you try to charge my card when I had booked with payment due at the property? I received the payment notification while driving; I didn't realize it was you, thought it was fraud, and cancelled the card. That wasn't exactly fair on your part—not to mention that at the reception, I was told I was lucky you hadn't cancelled my reservation; I would have been curious to know the reason for that! Fortunately, the hotel itself is great—a 10/10 value for money

The pool and the locks, clean, pretty big. The windows weren't washed, the view was very pretty, but it would have been nice to have the windows washed 🙂↔️
