This hotel is great for a comfortable stay! It sits in a very convenient spot—close to the ski lift, and it’s pleasant and easy to walk up and down. The rooms and the hotel itself are clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the window was fine. We had half‑board. According to the hotel’s description we expected a buffet, but instead we got an à la carte menu that reminded me of a school cafeteria—someone had mentioned this in reviews before. The soup did not taste good at all, and I’m not picky about food, so it was a big disappointment for me. There were only two dishes to choose from. After 18:00 we had no desire to leave the hotel—the music was poor and the sounds were quite unsettling. The next day breakfast and dinner were offered as buffets, so we didn’t go hungry. The kitchen and restaurant staff speak Russian but seem to claim they don’t understand Russian, which was very unpleasant to realize. Wellness is extra, parking is free. Be careful about what’s included in the price—this hotel does not include entries to the water park, only the ski lifts. I didn’t notice it and the staff didn’t warn me when activating the Gopass card either.
