Tsira and Irina thank you, everything was wonderful, except for the weather, but that’s not our fault. The bedding was made of pure white natural cotton and the breakfasts were tasty. We were unlucky with the weather.

Sorry to the hotel owners, but nothing liked me. The address was wrong, so even the navigator and local residents couldn’t figure out where it was. We searched for a long time, and the locals helped us by calling the owners on mobile and they picked us up from the parking lot where we were wandering. The only advantage was the parking spot for the car, although it’s not ideal, it is still on a closed property. Otherwise it felt like you were in a hostel, with a crowd of people, stairs that could kill you, and the sound in the room was like someone walking with you. I would not recommend it to families with children in any case, only if staying for a night, but the price is such that for that money you could rent a hotel with breakfast, which we had on the return trip.

I felt completely at home here; it felt like a healing break from vacation. The owners and their family were very welcoming. If you’re after an authentic, heartfelt experience, this oasis in Gonio is perfect.

The house‑like atmosphere felt just like a cabin. The host was extremely hospitable and kind, and the guests were polite. Gonio is starting to feel like a small Dubai with all the new hotels popping up.
