The location was decent with plenty of trees and convenient, but the bathtub was dirty with pink mold around the drain, the room fridge leaked and didn’t cool properly, and breakfast was bland—waffles were overly sweet and gummy.

The only issue was the lack of a heavy curtain; only a thin, see‑through one was available.

The place had a good location, but the price was a drawback.

The staff were very helpful, yet the bathroom fan was hanging from the ceiling, the sink drained very slowly and was starting to clog, the front door wasn’t installed correctly and left a 1/4‑inch gap at the bottom of the frame, the drapes wouldn’t close fully leaving about two feet of space so people could see in, and the curtain rail was broken.

Breakfast was subpar and didn’t open at 7 o’clock; the microwave on the counter was broken, and despite the breakfast set being included, there were no eggs or meat. The beds were uncomfortable, sitting on some aluminum frame that made too much noise, preventing any intimacy; upstairs neighbors were having loud sex that sounded like new construction. We will never stay here again. In the handicap parking spot, rebar was sticking out of the stop and almost popped our tires. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
