The staff and location were solid, but we stayed during a softball tournament and some parents at breakfast were rude and disrespectful, whereas their children were more polite.

The room was spotless and the bed felt like a cloud, but the door never locked properly and the lock was useless. There was no pool, and the water was turned off for an entire day without any notice. I had no idea how to set the thermostat to adjust the A/C, and it took a while to figure out the remote. The staff were generally unfriendly and never mentioned breakfast times, except on the day I checked out when they were surprisingly cheerful. Nobody was at the check‑in/check‑out desk, so I had to wait and then walk to a door to get someone’s attention for help.
