A stunning, well‑maintained property—really a little gem—featuring incredibly warm and helpful hosts who shared great tips for excursions and dining. This was our second visit and we’ll definitely return! The rooms are cozy, with comfortable beds and a lovely terrace overlooking Knysna’s lagoon. A charming small pool area with loungers is perfect for unwinding. Breakfast is excellent, and the car is parked safely on the premises. Dear Natalie and Kate, you are the best hosts imaginable; we can’t thank you enough for the wonderful stay. Sending hugs from Birgitt, Tom, Petra, and Jens.

The welcoming vibe was lovely. Nathalie and Kate did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, offering plenty of suggestions that we followed. It was a pleasure to stay at Double Dutch. The view from our room over the lagoon was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and tea, coffee, water, and snacks were replenished daily. Breakfast was excellent. All in all, a joyful three‑night stay at Double Dutch. We’d love to visit again!

Double Dutch is run with passion and enthusiasm by Nathalie and Kate. Rarely do you encounter such wonderful hosts. They were very helpful with our rental car issue. The location of Double Dutch is fantastic. The rooms are wonderfully furnished. Breakfast is exceptional. Nathalie’s photos are impressive. The pair have turned their dream into a reality with their guest house, letting guests share in it. Thank you very much for the beautiful time with you.
