The room was spacious, but the sheets were unclean with cigarette burn holes even after I asked for a change, WiFi was nonexistent in the room despite the hotel offering it, the TV had no subscribed channels despite my request, the room itself was filthy with under‑bed grime, wall skid marks, and a filthy curtain, and the bathroom water heater was non‑functional with no water or electrical connection.
