The hotel was close to my visit location, but it was in the centre of the city.

Breakfast was fine, but the generator switch automations caused delays during power cuts.

The staff are good. However, there are many issues to complain about. The twin suite rooms are not clean at all; curtains are dirty, and walls have stains and seepage marks. I upgraded to a deluxe suite, and that was also not great. The AC grills are filled with dirt, and the electrical controller keys are dirty. The shower doesn’t work properly. Even worse, I found a live cockroach in the bread basket at the breakfast buffet.

I was happy with the location, but the rooms were very old and not functional; after multiple complaints I finally received an upgrade to a decent top‑floor room. The first and second floors are usually rented out for short‑term drink parties, so imagine how low the quality would be if those rooms were used for regular guests.
