Breakfast was fairly acceptable, with omelets, scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruit, and Vietnamese food like Pho Bo and others; towels were changed daily, bedding every 1–2 days. The hotel is basically a 3‑star place, yet it is listed as 4 stars on BOOKING, which is the main issue—expectations for 4 stars were not met. Upon arrival we were assigned a room with a window facing the wall of a neighboring house on a narrow lane where AC units buzz loudly; the noise was terrible. The room photo did not match the website; the next day we were moved to a higher floor where it was quieter and we could see a bit of the sea in the distance. The walls were dirty, the AC was old and could not be adjusted to stop blowing into the head, water leaked onto the floor in the bathroom, there were sewage problems, and the hot water was fine but there was no cold water—this was a disaster.

“Evitați acest hotel !”

Nothing was liked. The room was awful, it smelled terribly, they scented it with something that made us cough all night and hurt our eyes. The description hid that the rooms had no windows—this should be disclosed because you can never ventilate a room, which is horrible. At 6 am they were yelling, saying a war was coming. It was the worst accommodation I booked on Booking. I said I would pay extra for a windowed room and they ignored me. Avoid this hotel. The cleaning staff and dining room staff were fine, but the reception was terrible. Thanks, Booking, for ruining my last vacation week and hiding important details from these hotel owners.

When we arrived, they handed us a room with no windows—unacceptable! Luckily, the front‑desk girl quickly located another room that had a window. The sound insulation might be an issue, and the breakfast selection was too limited for my taste; there weren't enough pastries, though I guess we’re in Asia.
