The owner Kevin and his family go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. No complaints, unless you have noisy neighbours, which could become an issue.

We stayed for Family Weekend at Dickinson College, and Pheasant Field is close to campus yet offers a lovely bucolic escape from the events. The setting is beautiful in every way—landscape, room, breakfasts, interior of the home and shared spaces, walking paths, and the level of hospitality all stand out.

The caretakers were welcoming and very friendly. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfasts were amazing, and they handled allergies exceptionally well. I have nothing I disliked about this property.

This place was quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed was well stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts at this bed‑and‑breakfast were amazing. I loved everything about it.
