Everything was super clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the room was light. We loved the swimming pool and our grandchildren, who live locally, were allowed to swim with us—a great joy for all of us, especially coming from the UK where such connections are rare. Thank you for your generosity!

The breakfast was very good, but the pullout bed in the room was uncomfortable.

The staff were amazing and friendly, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location worked for us, but the property definitely needs maintenance. The carpet was worn, the bathroom door in our room did not close, and the blackout curtains did not block sunlight, letting it stream into the room.

My refrigerator woke us up with loud noises that sounded like construction next door; after investigation we found it was the fridge. We unplugged it after trying other solutions, which was the only fix. We had food in the fridge, so I called the front desk at 2 am. Their only resolution was to either move us to another room or bring our food downstairs to the lobby fridge. No partial refund, no discount on a future stay, not even a late checkout offer. I wasn’t pleased with that, but everything else was fine.
