There were many breakfast options, but the dinner was disappointing: two steak dishes arrived cold, which was unacceptable and reflected poorly on the food and service; this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this at your hotel, and I wanted to share my experience.

The room smelled damp and I got sick after eating a ceviche of corvina with grated coconut; I told Mr. Álvaro at the restaurant but nothing was done, and I hope they corrected the fish so no one else gets ill because of the hotel.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport and the nice-looking facilities were positives, but it was expensive, there was not much around, and the showers were cold, so we wasted water waiting for them to warm up.

Its location near the airport is convenient, the shuttle is reliable and the staff are very helpful, the beds feel really comfortable, and breakfast is one of the best I've had in a hotel. However, the room’s amenities are very basic: a mini‑bar was advertised but none was present, I had to order a bottle of water from room service, and the hair dryer, which was listed as included, was old and malfunctioned, turning on and off by itself; both bathroom power switches also fail to work. Overall, the place feels a bit rundown and could improve these details, especially since it isn’t the cheapest option.
