It should have hot water and soundproofing; otherwise you hear everything as if sleeping on the street, and the owner is present so you can’t just look for him and he appears on the day of departure.

The only positive was the location of the accommodation. A gentleman welcomed us, but we never learned his name and he didn’t introduce us. The room had no view, no soundproofing, and we heard everything; everyone could hear us. The bathroom had no ventilation, so all the smell spread through the entire apartment. The air conditioner was in the living room, not the bedroom. For four days we received no service, no pets, no amenities; the reception was empty the whole time. If you needed anything, you had to call that gentleman on his phone. The thermostat was set to 70°F, so hot water lasted only five minutes, the rest was cold. Don’t stay here unless you only care about the location, which is a 3‑minute walk from the center and next to the small shops and the stars.

The suite was very large and spacious, with its own air conditioning and refrigerator.

I was very satisfied! The room was clean, well‑ventilated, and the location was perfect.
