“Do not recommend anyone staying here”
The whole hotel was a mess with homeless people sleeping and sitting everywhere.

The location and the amenities. The breakfast was, to be honest, not good at all. The quality of the food was below average. More importantly I went to breakfast at 7.30 am and at 8 am for 2 days, food trays were almost empty without any sign of refill, no fruits, stale breads. If they are offering “free buffet breakfast” as advertisement, they have to put some efforts on it

It worked for our quick one‑night stop on the way up to the northern part of the island, and my kids and I liked a short walk to the DQ on the street for a treat; breakfast was fine – the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, cubed potatoes, toast‑ready bread, yogurt, bananas – a good start with coffee, and our room was comfy with a nice bathroom. The only gripe was parking, which was tight because some spots were reserved for worker‑trucks doing exterior upgrades, but we still found a free one.

The TV was a nuisance – every time we changed volume or channels it kept announcing the volume level and the channel number, and that’s not something I enjoy.

Breakfast was great, the beds were super comfy, and the staff were very helpful, especially since Lilja is wheelchair‑bound and we brought a patient lift that needed to fit under the bed. The only downside was that the floor coverings in the wheelchair‑accessible rooms were carpeted instead of hardwood, making it hard to push the lift; a carpet similar to the hotel’s dining area would have been better.
