“DESASTROSO”
The supervisor was very friendly and cared a lot about all the mistakes they made during my stay. I booked through Texas, USA, Aura Ramirez, gave my American passport, and they demanded an ID; they registered me under my maiden name and the bank blocked my credit card. They tried to change my dollars because I wasn’t registered with my American passport, and because of the name change I had to borrow money to pay for the taxi and tickets to Valledupar, and they wouldn’t let me eat at any restaurant for dinner. The supervisor witnessed how they treated me and my sisters, one of whom came from Chile and left very upset by the poor service. We will not return to that Decameron Hotel in Cartagena; the Cartagena location is wonderful, the San Andrés island and Isla Barú are spectacular, and I would recommend them, but I told them to go to Cartagena. I felt cheated by the bad service. The terrible service made us feel mocked. I had a weak invitation from my sisters for a meeting of the four sisters, and it was a pity what happened to my sisters.
