We absolutely loved everything during our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness, care, and professionalism. The staff were lovely, available, very responsive, and always attentive. This is exactly the type of place we enjoy: family‑friendly, convivial, warm, and truly cocooning. We felt at home right away, which made the stay even more pleasant. A huge plus for the love shown to the cats 🐱🤍! As big animal lovers ourselves, we really appreciated this attention and being surrounded by such well‑treated cats. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference for us.
