The location and the hotel rooms are clean, but the experience at Hotel Mayas was very disappointing. I booked this hotel for my friend’s stay after marriage. During check‑in, they unexpectedly demanded INR 2000 for bedsheets and bedding, even though no extra bedding was requested, there was no damage or permanent stain, and no such policy was mentioned during booking or check‑in. The next day they again asked for INR 2000 without any proper explanation, which felt uncomfortable and unfair. Married couples should not be embarrassed or charged based on assumptions. In most hotels, normal usage of the room and bedding is included in the room tariff. If the hotel has such a policy, it should be clearly communicated before booking. Otherwise, collecting additional money like this is unacceptable. I request the hotel to clearly explain this policy and refund the amount charged.

Only they provide the hot water in 24 hours. I was stay in 2 night with my family and two kids one daughter 15 years old and one more 10 year old I was paid 15100 rs but totally not worth this hotel . when I book the emoji show one double bet and two single bed . But they provide only double bed and one extra bed. No more USP point for charging , tv also very old only

I was really let down by the reception staff; they were harsh, condescending, and treated women poorly. The reservation team was just as bad, with a male chauvinist who even gave his number, 7373705712, and seemed convinced women should be spoken to rudely without anyone questioning him.

Only location good, old hotel need upgrade Not worth for money NO INTERNET. Very old, need complete renovation Checking 12pm checkout 10am ????
