We managed to fit ten friends into one room for a very cheap rate, but the bathroom was falling apart and sharing a single toilet among ten people proved difficult; the room also had a translucent glass door right next to the reception, so you could see straight through the joint.

On arrival we quickly realized nothing matched the ads: the hot tub in the main photo was broken and dirty, the room had no windows, the pool was filthy, and the place isn’t boutique at all. We wanted a refund and a different spot, but the staff said they needed their manager and promised to contact us when they could, and they never did. A bad experience, better to go elsewhere.

The location was fine, but we had a terrible stay: two nights in a noisy hotel with music all night and continuous jackhammer work on the floor tiles. They should have warned us and put us in a room away from the construction, yet the receptionist put us in the room just above the work. She said it would last only one day (our arrival day), but on the third day (our departure day) we were still woken by the gentle hammering. Very unpleasant, and the two front‑desk staff weren’t very welcoming. Avoid it.
