The rooms were clean and tidy, but there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs and the fridge made a loud clanking sound.

The staff were friendly, the accommodation was very comfortable, and the other guests were quiet. Nothing was wrong; everything worked well.

The staff were very friendly and greeted us as we entered our rooms; everything was super clean, warm, and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, though it tended to shift to one side when we sat down, possibly due to a loose lock on the wheels – not a major problem though.
