The reception staff were very good and courteous, the bar had a friendly and kind team, and the breakfast and dinner service was excellent. The food was absolutely fantastic—we really enjoyed it. The heated outdoor pool was wonderful, as was the whirlpool, and we’d definitely recommend it. The housekeeping was average, probably below standard—stairs weren’t swept, the sink wasn’t washed, there was no soap all week, and at least once the toilet was wiped. Otherwise everything was new and beautiful.

Everything was fantastic! The hotel looked great in a nice neighborhood, and the kids had a blast at the pool.

We enjoyed a comfortable, spacious, clean and fragrant family room in a pleasant setting with friendly staff, but unfortunately the massages advertised in the hotel brochures were unavailable, supposedly because the masseuse was on sick leave, and the kitchen wasn’t operating either—no chef, so nothing was cooked. At breakfast two mornings the coffee machine kept jamming; even when it worked it offered a very limited and not very tasty coffee selection, and the fruit and vegetable choices were also very restricted.
