“Amazing birthday stay”
The staff at reception were amazing even gave us 2 free drinks and snacks as it was my birthday they were extremely polite and helpful and made myself and my husband fell very welcome the room was very comfortable clean and suited us perfectly the breakfast was amazing ans the choice of food was great we have already rebooked for may to fetch our children we loved it thank you. There was not one thing that we did not like everything was perfect

It was close to Stratford upon Avon. The pull‑out sofa bed had a chewed‑up corner, the shower was missing a handle, and overall the furnishings felt a bit outdated.
“Good value but felt like a budget hotel”
The price was reasonable, the room quality was acceptable, and the staff were helpful. Vagrants tried to enter the hotel and attempted to open doors, the restaurant food and service were very basic, and the hotel smelled stale.
The hotel staff were excellent and really helpful. I just wondered why there was a chat for the carpark.
