“Todo bastante sucio”
The views were nice, but the overall experience was very disappointing. From the start we had room problems: the first room’s sink chain didn’t work. We were moved to a second room, but that one had a water leak in the bathroom. The fix they offered was to put a towel on the floor to absorb the water, yet it was still soaking and the issue wasn’t resolved. Around 21:00 we tried to shower and found no hot water; they had to change our room again just so we could shower. On top of that, the cleanliness was lacking; the rooms weren’t properly cleaned and the sheets and towels felt unwashed. We understand occasional hiccups happen, but in our case there were multiple consecutive problems during the stay and the solutions were more like patches than real fixes. For the price and expected service, the experience should have been much better.
