I'm shocked that this place is still listed on booking sites. As a long-time customer, I've seen some bad properties, but this one takes the cake. The whole resort reeked of stale air and was disgustingly dirty - it was like they didn't even bother to clean it. I'm still waiting for a refund.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was a letdown - it wasn't cleaned properly, and the air conditioning wasn't working, which made it pretty uncomfortable. The service was also subpar, with the watchmen not even available in their designated positions, which made me feel a bit uneasy. To top it off, the food was terrible and the air conditioning in the common areas was also not working. I would have expected a lot more for the price I paid.
