The hotel is nice and the food is very good, especially the northern spa was awesome. If you don’t stay in the cabins you can’t see the wolves unless you’re on the tour. Using the spa costs extra. The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment.

I loved the place. It was calm and peaceful, with beautiful scenery and great service. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms are old. The chair was badly stained and dirty. The shower was not working properly. There was not enough water pressure because more water was coming out of the faucet than the shower head

The restaurant is fabulous, the staff are great, the food is amazing and the ambience is lovely, but the Nordic bath spa should be shut down by the health inspector because it’s visibly unclean, the facilities desperately need repair, and it’s an all‑around unpleasant experience; they should be ashamed to charge money for people to go there.
