The location was fairly good—no need to walk far to the nearest beaches like Olimp or the northern part of Neptun. The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, were super friendly, polite, helpful, and sociable. The next day I was late for breakfast, but the kitchen manager still offered me food, coffee, etc., even though I arrived after the table had been set. The room was clean, the bathroom was fine, the beds were okay (the mattresses were a bit stiff), the TV was fine, and the balcony view was nothing special. Comfort-wise, it was fine but nothing remarkable, and it was expensive for a single night (almost 100 euros for two people) given that it was peak season. Clearly, I wouldn't spend a two‑week holiday at the Black Sea coast here (and not just the hotel, but anywhere along the Romanian coast, the Black Sea is cold even in August, with lifeguards constantly shouting even when waves are barely 1 m). Unlike the glorious pre‑1989 era, Neptun has fallen completely; there are more hotels now, but the good ones are ultra‑expensive and the cheap ones are a total disaster: restaurants that are truly good are very few, entertainment options are almost none, bars are cheap, and the shops are kitschy with nothing interesting. Of course, summer in our country is very short. In June–July the sea is freezing; in August prices shoot up without justification, and hotel owners try to squeeze maximum profit with minimal investment. Prices for decent quality are completely aberrant compared to what is offered. I wouldn't come for even a week, but for 2–3 nights, a weekend getaway, maybe extended, it’s okay.

Breakfast was very good and varied, but the room was a bit small.

The breakfast was varied (very good), and the room was good. The layout was different; the prices were after the bed table.
