The spot is great, just a few steps from the center, and the welcome was excellent. The room was clean and quiet, and I’d recommend staying here because of its proximity to a fantastic restaurant.

The B&B is centrally located, newly fitted with everything you need, has a comfortable bed, is clean, offers good breakfast, and the host is friendly and accommodating; it’s close to the city centre, and there are free parking spaces on the neighbouring streets. Everything was fine.

Leonardo’s availability gave us useful tips for visiting Fabriano, the breakfast was excellent, the new property is fully equipped with everything needed, and the private on‑site parking is convenient. Nothing negative.

The hotel sits close to the city center, and the beds are comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the building was clean. Breakfast was included, but the bathroom was small and it would have helped to have more hooks for personal items.
