“Tragedia”
Nothing good. The place smelled of cigarettes, the water was cold, there were mosquitoes in the room, a rash, and a party downstairs that nobody told us about—couldn’t sleep.

Snídaně byla nad očekávání dobrá. Vajíčka, párky, zelenina, džusy, káva, pečivo. Vše v pořádku. Pokoj prostorný, vysoké stropy, obrovská moderní televize. Personál velmi laskavý a nápomocný ikdyž komunikace probíhala občas rukama i nohama. Proč ale není v restauraci jídelní lístek i v angličtině?

I only liked the location. I’m surprised the hotel is still open and hasn’t been shut down by Sanepid—it’s a filthy place. I’ll never visit again or recommend it. The equipment and furniture were broken, curtains and blinds were dirty, and the big TV wasn’t covered. Rooms weren’t cleaned around the furniture. There was no adjustment for guests—nightlights had switches at 2 m, outlets were either too low or too high; the kettle wasn’t descaled, and to boil water you had to put it on a dirty floor. There was grime in corners even on the glass table, cobwebs in the hallway, and stair treads that could cause tripping. In the bathroom, the faucet was leaking, the window wouldn’t open, the ventilation grille was so dirty you could scrape dirt off, the floor was dirty, the hydro‑massage tub was scary to enter, the toilet brush was dirty and incomplete, and the water for bathing was cold. Breakfast had a very small selection, low‑quality products, and only one coffee machine for the whole hotel—when it broke, the staff didn’t even try to offer another way to get coffee, let alone a simple apology. At reception, when I asked about nearby food or how to get to the Poznań market by public transport, the lady explained the location using district names as if we were locals, so none of the information was helpful. In short, this was my first and last stay at this place. I do not recommend it.

The location was great, the beds comfortable, the welcome friendly, and the breakfast delicious. The restaurant was closed, but a good alternative was offered just a half‑hour walk away.

Check‑in was late, but someone was waiting at reception and they provided water bottles. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom, a kettle was present but no tea, glasses were missing and only cups were available. Parking is paid, which is the biggest downside due to extra costs.
