Very good location and ventilation that lets sun rays come in directly. The property is near a metro station and a food hotel. The building is multi‑storey but the lift is still awaiting installation, so elderly people may have trouble going to upper floors using stairs.

The spot is great and the room gives plenty of room for two. A nearby hotel on the same road, just 100 metres away, offers a cheap thali for only 60/-, and the food is decent. The lift space is still empty, so you must use the stairs to reach upper floors, which can be tough for older guests or those with heavy bags.
