I would not recommend this place at all; sometimes it’s worth paying a bit more for decent accommodation and service. We booked an all‑inclusive package, yet it hardly felt all‑inclusive. Breakfast was awful, offering only hard‑boiled eggs, a few slices of cheese and ham, some sweet bread rolls, and toast—no vegetables whatsoever. The coffee tasted like salty black water and was undrinkable; describing how bad it was is difficult. The chef and kitchen staff were rude and unfriendly. The rooms were old, basic, and poorly maintained, with water constantly on the bathroom floor. Whenever someone flushed the toilet at night, the noise was extremely loud and disturbing. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want your holiday ruined; it’s not worth the stress and disappointment. In my opinion, it feels more like a cheap hostel than an all‑inclusive hotel.

“Needs to be closed until it’s been refurbished and disinfected”

Hello there I have just sent some photos of our recent unpleasant experience at the hotel. As you can see it is extremely outdated and the quality has fallen over the years. The worst part was the revolting smell coming from the bathroom drain room number 222 and the lack of it actually being clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and also dirty if you looked under the sheets. The photos make it look basic but acceptable, however we were extremely disappointed and distressed by the overall room. I personally felt actually too embarrassed by the room to speak to reception in person as I was aware that they offer a no refund policy after booking and literally didn’t know what to do but on our 3rd night the smell from the bathroom was making me feel sick so I messaged the hotel by and also customer service. They did come see us in the morning at 11am and asked if we would like to change rooms and showed us another room around the corner which didn’t have a bathroom which smells of raw sewerage which was obviously, a great improvement so So we moved Rooms however we did find what appeared to be sick or faeces on the bathroom wall photo included and also badly stained mattresses photo also included personally feel that this Hotel is not even fit for humans to stay in and really should be closed until a full refit and update can be implied the hygiene level of the Hotel is absolutely shocking. It’s the type of place where you would see prisoners living in extremely poor revolting conditions no one should be charged for this Hotel. The pool, location, and staff were good, but there was no kettle or glasses in the room.

The room was cleaned every day and the owners were very kind, friendly, welcoming, and respectful—they made us feel at home 🤪😜.

The pool was nice and clean, and the balcony was great, but the air conditioning didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush properly. When I showered, the whole floor got wet and the water didn’t drain through the gutter.
